Lindsay Gainor is the VP of HR and Talent Management for ServiceMaster Brands, focusing on talent management, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK®, and Merry Maids brands. Gainor brings more than 10 years of HR and people-focused experience with her, both in public and private companies throughout her career. Prior to joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Gainor served as the Senior Director, Talent Management for Acrisure. She also worked as a People Operations Consultant for McDonald’s, where she provided human resources consultation for over 40 corporately owned restaurants.
In her current role as VP of HR and Talent Management, she’ll work to develop, launch, and support employee development initiatives and create impactful employee engagement programs for Michigan Support Team members and ServiceMaster® Brands corporate team members.
